These terms apply to your use of tecton.studio. By using the website you accept them. They do not cover the work we do for clients, which is always set out in a separate written proposal or agreement.

Using the website

You may browse the website, contact us and book calls for genuine business purposes. Please do not misuse it: do not try to break or get around its security, overload it, send spam or false information through its forms, or copy its content in bulk.

Enquiries, calls and prices

Sending an enquiry or booking a call does not create a contract or oblige either of us to work together. Prices, timelines and packages on the website show how we usually work and what our work usually costs. They are not an offer. The scope, price and terms of any project are agreed in a written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over anything on this website.

If you need to move or cancel a call, reply to the confirmation email or the calendar invitation. We may occasionally need to move a call too, and will let you know as early as we can. Calls on Google Meet are also subject to Google's terms.

Our content

The website, its text, design, code and the work shown in it belong to Tecton Studio or are used with permission, including the permission of the clients whose projects we show. You may share links to our pages, but please do not copy or reuse our content without asking. Client names and logos belong to their owners.

Case studies and results describe past projects. They are examples of our work, not a promise of the same results for every project.

Other websites

We link to other websites and services, such as Google, Telegram and our clients' products. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and its content is general information, not professional advice for your situation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle the personal data you share through the website.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections that the law of your own country gives you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its date, is the one that applies.
